2025 Power Lifting Provincials

Top 3 from each weight class from qualifiers will move on to Provincials. Each team is garanteed 3 spots (Male & Female). Then the rest will be selected by the next highest WILKS score. Provincials over 2 days, with 50 lifters on each day.

Thursday, Feb 13th was cancelled due to weather. We will postpone tomorrow's competition Friday, Feb 14th until Wednesday.

Feb. 19^th - Men
 
Weigh-ins will open at 8am, and the Competition starts at 9:30am. 

Provincials will be on Feb. 18^th for Female & Feb. 19^th for Male @ École Francois Buote
